Refund Policy

 

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of all work, Captured Impressions maintains the following refund policy.

1. Custom Work (No Refunds)

All life casting pieces are custom-made and one-of-a-kind.

• Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued

• Time, materials, and artistic labor are non-reversible

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that all sales are final due to the personalized nature of the service.

2. Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment at our discretion with adequate notice

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations with less than 24–48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit

• No-shows are non-refundable

4. Dissatisfaction with Final Piece

Every effort is made to create a high-quality, detailed sculpture.

However:

• Variations and minor imperfections are part of the handmade process

• Refunds will not be issued based on artistic preference or natural variation

If there is a concern, we may offer minor touch-ups or adjustments at our discretion.

5. Damage After Pickup or Delivery

• Once a piece has been picked up or shipped, it becomes the client’s responsibility

• Refunds or replacements are not provided for damage after it leaves our care

6. Shipping Issues

• Captured Impressions is not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by shipping carriers

• Claims must be made directly with the shipping provider

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only in rare cases at the sole discretion of Captured Impressions.
